The Zoo Timers series was created in 1965 by designer George Nelson. Known best for his modern and sculptural clocks among many other famous designs for Herman Miller, Nelson shifted focus with the kid-focused Zoo Timers series featuring playful animal illustrations including Omar the Owl. Each clock is produced from the original design documents from the Nelson archive with the blessings of the George Nelson estate, and made by Vitra.
