Pleco of Japan uses plant based fabric for its signature pleated totes. Their materials are biodegradable, sourced from eco-friendly polylactic acid fiber made from vegetables and designed to decompose naturally in soil over time. Each pleat is formed by hand and this tiny tote can expand to hold up to 11 lbs and will create a beautiful shape around whatever you are carrying.
