Chef-owner & ceramicist, Jean Michel Dumas takes inspiration from the expansive fields of Sunflowers near his hometown of Fourques in the South of France. Chef Dumas can be found serving his Provençal fare in his handmade pottery at his Lambertville restaurant, Manon.
