Promo FAQ for Members
These promotions do not stack with Membership Discounts. Members maintain their typical Membership Discounts on all full-price items (unless the current promotions offer a greater discount on an eligible item) and Free Standard Shipping on orders over $25.
To ensure you receive your member discount, you must sign in to store.philamuseum.org with your email used for museum membership for access. Member discounts will then be automatically applied to the cart.
Promotion Exclusions
The following exclusions apply to all of the above promotions:
- Memberships
- Gift cards
- Prior purchases
- Tax and shipping charges
- All other discount or promotion codes
- Membership Discounts (these promotions do not "stack" with Membership Discounts)

*Orders with fragile or oversized items (including reproductions and archival prints) where surcharges apply do not qualify for Free Shipping. Surcharges will be applied on top of the shipping method selected at checkout.
**In order for members to receive Free Standard Shipping on orders over $25, members must sign in with the same email address used for membership. Surcharges will be applied on top of shipping method for members as well.
The above shipping rates do not apply to orders in our Custom Print Shop. Orders from our Custom Print Shop ship directly from our print partner to your doorstep.
Surcharges
Some fragile or oversized items may require additional surcharges that allow us to ensure your purchase arrives quickly and safely. Surcharges are applied on top of the selected shipping method. Any item with a shipping surcharge will be labeled in the product information with the applicable surcharge.
Our Shipping Process
Please allow up to 4 business days for orders with Standard Shipping to be shipped. Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take several days to process. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.
International Shipping
Flat Rate Fee
We are currently only shipping Blackwing products (no other products) internationally to the following countries for a Flat Rate International Shipping fee of $70 USD: Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Republic of Korea, Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Spain, South Africa Switzerland, and the UK.

Promotions & Exclusions
- Free Standard Shipping (when applicable) and Discounted Flat Rate Shipping do NOT apply to our Custom Print Shop, as these orders ship directly from our printing partner to your doorstep
- Blackwing is excluded from any promotion, though customers can receive free shipping on Blackwing products
- We may exclude other products from various promotions throughout the year
I need help with my account
Anyone can register for an account with the Philadelphia Museum of Art Store, it is not necessary to be a museum member to create an account with our store.
If you are registered with us, you can obtain access to your account details quickly and easily, i.e., changing your profile, email preferences, and address book information, as well as view your online order history and track shipments. You can also manage your wish lists, registries, and keep track of gift certificate balances.
