How do I access my membership benefits?
Accessing Your Discounts
To ensure you receive your member discount, you must sign in to store.philamuseum.org with your email used for museum membership for access.
Member discounts will be automatically applied to the cart. Once you are logged in, you can obtain access to your account details quickly and easily, i.e., changing your profile and address book information, as well as view your online order history and track shipments. You can also manage your wish lists, registries, and keep track of gift certificate balances.
Accessing Your Custom Print Shop Discounts
In order for members to receive membership discount (10%) on Custom Print Shop orders, members must enter Member ID at checkout. Discount will be applied in cart once Member ID is provided.
Reset Your Password
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it at any time. Please select Sign in at the top right corner of our site page. Then select Forgot your password? and enter your email address used for your account.

Promotions and Exclusions
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $25 does NOT apply to our Custom Print Shop, as these orders ship directly from our printing partner to your doorstep.
- Membership discount does not stack with existing Buy 1 Get 1 / BOGO promos (such as 2 for $24 Mini Posters or Buy 2, Get a 3rd Free PMA Enamel Pins)
- Blackwing is excluded from any promotion, though members can receive Free Standard Shipping on Blackwing products

In order for members to receive Free Standard Shipping on orders over $25, members must sign in with the same email address used for membership. The above shipping rates do not apply to orders in our Custom Print Shop. Orders from our Custom Print Shop ship directly from our print partner to your doorstep.
Surcharges
Some fragile or oversized items may require additional surcharges that allow us to ensure your purchase arrives quickly and safely. Surcharges are applied on top of the selected shipping method. Any item with a shipping surcharge will be labeled in the product information with the applicable surcharge.
Our Shipping Process
Please allow up to 4 business days for orders with Standard Shipping to be shipped. Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take several days to process. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.
