Julie Pierre is the founder and designer of Paper Shaper by Julie. Informed by this centuries old art form, she incorporates the art of paper quilling into beautiful pieces of wearable art. Paper Shaper by Julie has developed a modern and original take on paper quilling. Each piece is unique and made by hand in Julie's Haddonfield NJ studio.
