Description
The publication will feature new, unpublished material related to the concept, filming, post-production, and installation of a new work by artist Rachel Rose (American, b. 1986). This new work, jointly commissioned and acquired by the Philadelphia Museum of Art and the Fondazione Sandretto Re Rebaudengo, Turin, represents the artist's most ambitious production to date. The publication aims to give the reader an intimate view into the process of creation, using visual materials such as on-set photography, storyboards, and production stills, as well as scripts and musical scores to reveal the artist's intensive interest in narrative, scene-setting, and visual effects.
