Remark Glass

Philly Made

South Philly

Established in 2016, their small team set out to change the course of glassblowing by designing as many of their creations from waste material as possible.  The original 18th c. Pocket Bottles in the museum's collection were made by Stiegel's American Flint Glass Company in Manheim, PA around 1765–1774. Remark Glass's 21st-century rendition was hand-blown in their South Philly studio and made of post-consumer waste.
