Description
Swiss design powerhouse Vitra collaborated with the Girard family to select the textile design Geometric E, developed by American designer Alexander Girard in 1971, to create this stunning Geometric E Table Runner. One of the most prolific mid-20th century designers, Alexander Girard's work spanned many disciplines, including textile design, graphic design, typography, illustration, furniture design, interior design, product design, exhibit design, and architecture. Several of Girard's printed textiles have found their home in the Philadelphia Museum of Art's collection.
