Brancusi was able to depict a couple kissing, right from their torsos up. The depiction brings out a vivid feeling of love and affection with the evident loving embrace and wrapped arms around each subject. It is interesting to note that the two subjects are simply but barely differentiated to draw the attention of the viewer by the unity of the two forms.
