Coming from a sculptural background, Casey Lynch of Squirrel Tacos first saw a papercut at The Philadelphia Museum of Art Craft Show and was transfixed. She had found her craft. Also known as Kirigama or Scherenschnitte, the artform first came to the U.S. as a Pennsylvania Dutch folk tradition. Inspired by our collection of Fraktur, Casey created these amazing lockets for us in celebration of our new American galleries.
