Masako Oguro repurposes silk shibori dyed kimono and kimono jackets (haori) and transforms them into stylish garments from her studio in NYC. Shibori is a labor intensive Japanese tie dye method that has been practiced for centuries. Masako makes this precious vintage fabric into these striking, yet easy to wear, tops and other garments.
