Description
We were immediately drawn to Samantha Bartlett's playful salt-fired ceramics! This wonderful large planter & drip dish is the perfect home for your favorite house plant. Samantha uses porcelain clay and flashing slips to create nature-inspired designs which are fired in a salt kiln to cone 10. Each piece is fired to high temperatures, while salt is introduced to produce a vapor that glazes the ware. Each planter is unique to each firing and environment creating a truly one-of-a-kind colorway varying in shades of grey, orange and brown.
