Description
Samantha Bartlett uses porcelain clay and flashing slips to create nature-inspired designs which are fired in a salt kiln to cone 10. Each piece is fired to high temperatures, while salt is introduced to produce a vapor that glazes the ware. Each mug is unique to each firing and environment creating a truly one of a kind colorway varying in shades of grey, orange and brown.
