Description
The Highlands Foundry is a handcrafted apparel maker based in Hudson Valley, New York. Cheryl Pagano launched her line in February 2016 with a collection of one of a kind coats and accessories made from salvaged textiles. Everything she makes is small batch or one of a kind, starting with the textile, which really dictates the design.
